About our In-House lab

High quality custom lab work, using the most advanced enlarging and processing tools

Almost all laboratory work is performed* in-house. We provide color and black and white enlarging up to billboard size, as conventional prints, or as flexible or backlit display prints. These prints and murals can be finished in a variety of ways: matte, glossy, or textured overlaminates, Lexan, or Plexiglass. Work can be mounted onto many substrates including foamcore, gatorboard, expanded pvc, and hardboard. This produces a very stable final product that will resist warping, wrinkling, fading, and moisture.

The lab, managed by Ken Lindsley, processes our color transparency and color and black and white negative films from 35mm to 8x10 inches. We also do slide, as well as medium and large format transparency duplication. Digital retouching, enhancement, and compositing is also handled within the studios. We can scan images, import them into Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Fractal Painter, enhance them and then have them output the files to color negative or transparency films, or put them onto Kodak Photo CD.
