We have the facilities to scan in color and black and white transparencies, negatives, and enlargements to our imaging workstation. This produces a digital file which we can then, for example, repair small defects on the subjects, change local colors within them, or remove objectionable backgrounds or other elements. The image can then be color corrected, contrast adjusted, or manipulated for graphic effect. Once the photographs are in digital form, they can then be placed on a floppy disk for smaller files, a Bernoulli removable hard disk for large files (up to 150 Mb uncompressed), the new Bernoulli Zip disks for medium sizes up to 100 Mb, or transmitted directly to your computer by modem. This gives you a head start in designing your printed piece.
